New Gambrel on the Block is Listed

Our recent project, called “New Gambrel on the Block,” is now complete - and is for sale!

This home was created as a spec home in the “Cottage City” neighborhood of Linden Hills, and is located just two blocks off of Thomas Beach at Bde Maka Ska.

We wanted to respect and celebrate the existing neighborhood context by designing a home that blends with the existing properties. Yet, at the same time, the home needed enough space and amenities to meet a modern family’s needs.
