St Louis Park Welcomes ADUs!

On Friday, November 13th, 2020, the City of St. Louis Park adopted a new code amendment which allows Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) within the city. As stated on the city’s website, allowing ADUs “helps fulfill the […] city council strategic priority [of] providing a broad range of housing and neighborhood-oriented development.”

We at CSA, based in St. Louis Park, look forward to helping our neighbors build their own ADUs!
