Alley Cat ADU Featured in Star Tribune

Our ADU, Alley Cat, was recently featured in the Star Tribune!

The article discusses how our clients, avid travelers, wanted an ADU to serve as their home base while they rent out the main house. Not only did they need to comfortably accommodate themselves in the 550-square-feet ADU, they also needed room for Pippa and Penny - their beloved dog and cat.

To maximize the usability of every square inch, we designed unique, custom storage pieces. This included a built-in sliding storage drawer behind their couch, and a custom cabinet with a cat-sized hole for the litter box.
