As 2025 nears its end, we are pleased to reflect on a busy year full of meaningful work. This year we saw projects highlighted in some of our favorite publications, started new projects with fantastic collaborators, and celebrated new team members joining our growing office. Eric becomes part-owner of CSA

New Staff at CSA

Valdres featured in the Star Tribune
Valdres, a contemporary Nordic home, was selected as a 2025 AIA Minnesota Home of the Month. Our client, an accomplished and well-traveled geologist, desired to make a sculptural statement within this wide-open landscape, referencing his interest in geologic precision and geometric refinement. Wisconsin Woods Residence featured on the Homes by Architects Tour
This fall, our latest Northwoods project was featured virtually on the 2025 Homes by Architects Tour run by AIA Minnesota. At Wisconsin Woods Residence, our clients had outgrown their beloved one-room cabin and desired a larger lake home. The original cabin was relocated on the site further inland, and a new home was designed in that location with modern amenities while still maintaining a cozy cabin feel. Elysian Fields featured in Artful Living
The 2025 Autumn issue of Artful Living Magazine features a beautiful spread on our modern Tudor project, Elysian Fields. The article focuses on how our team and O’Hara Interiors worked to combine two different desired styles in this project, with one home owner preferring a traditional look, and the other hoping for something more contemporary. Projects recognized at the ALA Design Awards
This November, three projects were honored at the 2025 ALA Design Awards. Our contemporary Nordic home, Valdres won a Merit Award, the Minneapolis modern Cypress & Bluestone took home a Silver Award, and the charming Sunflower ADU won big with the Gold Award.
