Residential Project Manager
Christopher Strom Architects is looking for a candidate with a professional degree in architecture and 5-10 years of experience (licensure preferred but not required) and able to take on the following responsibilities:
Schematic designs: Develop/Implement architectural concepts and layouts under the supervision of the Principal Architects.
Design presentations: Produce layouts and renderings with team members.
Client relations: Point person for daily communications.
Details and construction documents: Lead the assembly of construction documents.
Specifications: Source and specify building products and materials.
Construction: Meet with contractors on-site and oversee construction progress.

You have:
An appreciation of modern design and a fluency in residential construction.
5+ years of experience (residential is a plus), working as an architect or a similar role.
Mastery of Revit and a willingness to work with technology.
Strong self-management and independent work habits.
Leadership ability. You will guide clients step-by-step through their projects.
People skills. You will meet a lot of people; contractors, industry partners, and clients. If you’re the right fit, you will make a lot of friends.
Professional rigor. You check your work, you find the answers, you do the job right.
You might even have:
Fixed up a house of your own, or dabble in woodworking.

Architectural design concepts: Collaborate with Principal Architects on design iterations and development.
Design presentations: Develop and implement layouts and renderings with team members.
Details and construction documents: Provide drafting support in Revit.
Materials: Participate in sourcing and specification of building products.
Marketing: Assist marketing team with graphics and award submissions.
Client meetings: Partner in fostering working relationships with clients.
