Compact Living wins Home of the Month
Compact Living, an accessory dwelling unit (ADU) designed by Christopher Strom Architects, won Home of the Month from AIA MN and Star Tribune. It’s intended use as an airBnB motivated the client to choose a fresh, modern, and fun aesthetic for the design. The exterior was inspired by the facades of homes in Norwegian fishing villages. The windows, including a large sliding glass door, maximize the natural light and views.
